My (great) niece Sierra Rose was born in January, 2011 at 27 weeks; a tiny, vulnerable little girl.
Sierra was resilient enough to meet her aunties in April of 2011.
Sierra is now 18 months;
a healthy, vital, social, sweet and loving little girl
who is a joy to be with.
