My sister and I went errand running and stopped by Hobby Lobby where I saw and fell in love with the cutest fabric flowers! I have absolutely don't need them but thankfully, I could photograph 'em, enjoy 'em and never have to dust 'em

Weekly Photo Challenge ~ Through
I have never posted on the Daily Press "Weekly Photo Challenge" but the prompt inspired me to give it a whirl!
The challenge was to post our interpretation of "through" and while possibly a cliche, my interpretation is "through the lens". A passion in my photographs has always been looking through "openings" of one type or another . . .

Photo Art Friday ~ March 23rd - 25th
This week Bonnie gave us our choice of using ANY photo or a photo that was in some way autobiographical! I went with the autobiographical, that was easy, and I had tons of photos to choose from!

Texture Thursday
The photos below started out with a ton of texture, stucco wall, pine needles, bare branches and soft yellow flowers! Of course by the time I finished playing around with them, most of the natural texture was lost!
This little flowering bush was well protected up against a warm wall and hidden by other bushes and pines which is what allowed it to bloom in what is still very cool weather!

THREE MUSES - House Tags
Having concentrated my energy more towards rendering of photography, this weeks challenge for Three Muses, 'House Tags' kinda threw me for a loop . . . ie. where to start!
I have embellishments galore 'cause they are fun to buy, but have had a hard time putting them together to complete a picture; this is this weeks effort for Three Muses!
Why I chose "spring cleaning complete" I'll never know, 'cause it certainly something I've ever done!

52 Photos Project ~ A time to share { I Love It ! }
Much like Bella, I too had a hard time choosing my favorite photo, and right now, my focus seems to be on spring, so I decided on all the trappings that spring brings, like butterflies!
I love butterflies, but until Saturday, I'd never photographed one; butterflies, camera and I never seemed to be in the same place at the same time! I did capture several poses, but this is the one that truly showed off its wings!

And everyone deserves a little sunshine. " Jeffrey Glassberg
