The photo of the cactus blossom was taken in Greece.

The cactus was growing amongst grape vines, such a startling concept for me ...

our cactus grows in the middle of a lot of dirt and shrub!

My time in Athens was short

but across the street from the Athens Gate Hotel where I stayed,

there was a bicycle shop that advertised it's presence with a

fluorescent orange bicycle!

The peach photos were taken on a recent trip to Greece at a fresh air market in the town of Ermoupoli, Syros Island.

It has been awhile since I posted on Bella's meme, 52 Photos Project,

but I am excited to be posting this evening and looking forward to participating more frequently!

I was so amazed to see the dawn sky this week.

It reminded me of red sky at morning ... except it was orange!

A few weeks ago I posted photo's of 10-year-old JC cutting calves out of the herd for branding.

This week it's an action photo of JC putting his practical experience to use in a

cutting competition at the Rocking Horse Ranch in Moriarity, NM.
